Border crossing, tunnels, chocolate head

After leaving the hotel Edwards started to get a little fuel worry on. This is despite him owning the motorcycle with the largest fuel tank. Having around 100km of fuel left in his bike he wanted to ride back to a fuel station we passed yesterday. ‘I don’t think there will be any fuel stations in this direction’. We passed about 5 before he would have had to start to worry.
We passed through what felt like the longest tunnel ever with traffic lights at each end. This passed us from Spain back into France. To enter the tunnel  de Bielsa Aragnouet you have to wait at traffic lights for 10 minutes which we still cannot get our heads around as the traffic was two way when you entered the tunnel. We stopped in saint-Larry-Soulan for the weakest cup of tea ever, think dirty water that has been diluted with some more dirty water. Edwards realised that he had left a chocolate lolly in his helmet which made it look like someone had shat on his head. Unfortunately he washed it off before Williams could get a picture, gutted. The really funny thing is he stopped to Pat a man’s puppy so would’ve bent down in front of him with a chocolate bar stuck to his head, and the man being a polite Spaniard decided not to say anything.

Passing over one of 3 Tour De France climbs we were rewarded with some spectacular roads and views. We stopped here to watch the paragliders playing in the thermals.

Stopping in a town just outside Sort for a coffee we saw this snow vehicle. Did not look like it had been used in a while.

Opted for a hotel because weather tomorrow is not looking good, amazing what £26 gets you in Spain . Edwards walked into a glass window in the hotel, funny old man, very entertaining.
